A privately owned Compact Bodyshop in the Braintree area is looking for a Bodyshop Technical Lead to join their team.
Main Job Duties ;
* Job Allocation: Assign incoming vehicle repair tasks based on each technician's skills and current workload.
* Workflow Management: Track repair milestones to ensure cars are finished on time.
* Assess and prepare Estimates using software systems
* Liaison: Communicate with parts suppliers, insurance companies, and customers regarding repair updates.
This is a 5 day per week role with a stable team and supportive Manager.
