Location: Corby
Shift Patterns: Monday-Thursday, night shift
Pay Rate: £18.14 p/h PAYE, £21.04 p/h Umbrella

The Role:
As a Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
* Leading and motivating a team of bodyshop technicians.
* Ensuring daily tasks are completed to meet targets and KPIs.
* Maintaining high-quality standards in all work.
* Supporting HR in managing staff, from absences to performance reviews.
* Providing daily reports to the Operations Manager.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
What Kind of Person Are We Looking For?
* Essential: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
* Essential: Minimum 5 years of Bodyshop experience.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence with a clean record.
* Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills
