We are working on behalf of a leading automotive accident repair group with numerous sites nationwide, seeking to appoint a Bodyshop Manager at their busy Haverfordwest centre. The Bodyshop Manager will oversee all operational and technical functions, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance, and excellent customer service. This Bodyshop Manager role offers an excellent career opportunity for experienced individuals aiming to take the next step into management within the motor trade sector.
Benefits:
Basic salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Uncapped annual earnings potential with a bonus scheme; on-target earnings exceeding £70,000

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Bodyshop, maintaining high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction
Support and develop a large team of technicians, support staff, and apprentices
Oversee workflow, ensuring productivity targets are met efficiently
Conduct daily production meetings and track progress
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, suppliers, and clients
Support troubleshooting, technical guidance, and training for team members
Monitor and control costs to meet profitability objectives
Ensure accurate estimations, vehicle assessments, and timely returnsRequirements of a Bodyshop Manager:
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager, or at assistant management, foreman, or VDA level, seeking advancement
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Methodical and detail-oriented work ethic
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Knowledge of industry standards, health and safety protocols
Ability to motivate and develop a team effectively
