Lead the daily operations of a high-volume accident repair workshop
Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
Support and manage the Workshop Controller and departmental supervisors
Oversee workflow to ensure smooth progression through all repair stages
Maintain high standards to reduce rework and claims
Conduct regular production meetings and resolve operational issues promptly
Motivate, develop, and manage the performance of workshop staff
Collaborate with departments including estimating, parts, and quality control
Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for continuous improvement
Ensure timely completion of repairs and fulfilment of customer commitments
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing enhancementRequirements of a Bodyshop Manager:
Previous management experience within a busy bodyshop or accident repair environment
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Proven ability to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
Good understanding of modern vehicle repair methods and processes
Ability to make confident decisions and solve problems under pressure
Passion for delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service
