Bodyshop Manager
We currently have a position for a talented and efficient Bodyshop Manager to join and lead a team within a well-established Bodyshop. This would suit an experienced VDA looking to take the next step in their career or an experienced manager with VDA experience.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager
Lead the team and work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
Manage team performance and training
Increase profitability and operating efficiency
Liaising with customers, technicians, and insurers
Requirements for a Bodyshop Manager
You must have previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
Have VDA experience to be able to lead an existing team.
Be able to manage time and workload efficiently while having a friendly professional attitude and approach.
