THE ROLE
As Bodyshop General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the bodyshop, ensuring the team works efficiently and repairs are completed to the required standards. You'll manage operational priorities, support team performance and help maintain a productive, quality-focused working environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Managing the overall day-to-day operation of the bodyshop.
·Leading, motivating and developing the team across relevant functions.

ABOUT YOU
·Relevant management training or a recognised qualification in automotive accident repair, bodyshop operations or a related discipline, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
·Proven experience in a Bodyshop General Manager, Bodyshop Manager or senior accident repair management role.
·Strong understanding of bodyshop operations, repair processes and workshop workflow.
·Experience leading teams, managing priorities and monitoring operational performance.
·Commercial awareness and the ability to focus on productivity, quality and business objectives.
·Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
