Description:
We are recruiting a board level Executive Assistant for a Management Consultancy based in central London.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract starting ASAP..
Hybrid working based in the central London office 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities of the Board Level Executive Assistant
EA support for 3 partners
Extensive diary management and travel arranging
Managing PowerPoint presentations for bids
Organising and consolidating sales collateral
Attend meetings and take minutes
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with other EAs within the business The hours of work at 9. Monday - Friday
