We are currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Specialist to join our passionate team.

Role Overview:

As a BCBA Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing behavior intervention programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our students. Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families, you will utilise evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior and academic success. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing training and support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.

* Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

* Implement behavior intervention programs and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure effectiveness.

* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote consistency and continuity in behavior management strategies across settings.

* Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff on principles of ABA and effective behavior management techniques.

* Maintain accurate records and data on student progress and behavior outcomes.

* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

* Master's degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field.

* Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.

* Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
