BMW Forecourt Supervisor & Photographer

Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Forecourt Supervisor to join our team at Sytner Stevenage, working across BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad.

This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of our Sales operation, responsible for ensuring our cars and motorcycles are presented to the highest possible standard, both physically on site and digitally online.

Working closely with our highly effective New and Used Car Sales teams, Aftersales departments and our on-site vehicle cleaning operation, you will play an important part in ensuring our stock is prepared, photographed, displayed and positioned ready for our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Photographing BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad cars and motorcycles to a consistently high standard for online advertising.

* Managing the presentation and organisation of vehicle and motorcycle displays across the site.

* Coordinating vehicle movements and logistics to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.

* Working closely with the New and Used Sales teams to prioritise vehicles for preparation, photography and display.

* Liaising with our internal Aftersales teams to support the efficient preparation and movement of sales vehicles.

* Working alongside our on-site cleaning operation to ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to Sytner standards.

* Maintaining a professional, organised and customer-ready forecourt and showroom environment.

* Identifying presentation or preparation issues and taking ownership to ensure they are resolved quickly.

* Supporting the wider Sales operation during busy periods, events, new model launches and month-end activity.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and takes real pride in presentation. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities and building strong working relationships across several departments.

An interest in cars and motorcycles would be a real advantage, along with an eye for detail and an understanding of how great photography and presentation can make a significant difference to the customer experience and the successful sale of a vehicle.
