About the Role
As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll represent the company on-site, providing expert support for Building Management Systems (BMS). Your role will focus on maintaining system efficiency, delivering energy-saving solutions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and carry out emergency repairs on BMS systems.
Deliver excellent customer service, taking ownership of issues and ensuring clear communication throughout.
Advise clients on energy-saving strategies to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Complete and submit accurate and timely service reports and documentation.
Identify further service opportunities, prepare field quotes, and report potential leads to the sales team.
Work collaboratively with fellow engineers and service teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and procedures comply with safety and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience working with BMS Trend and/or Tridium.
Strong diagnostic and technical repair skills for control systems.
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Awareness of health and safety practices with a high attention to detail.
A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Knowledge of energy management principles and sustainability practices.
Full UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK.
