BMS Project Manager
Manchester and the North West, regional travel
Up to £65,000 + bonus + company car/allowance
I’m currently supporting a well-established, ambitious BMS integrator that’s looking for a Project Manager to cover Manchester and the surrounding area. If you’re ready to lead projects from handover to completion, I’d like to hear from you.
My client has 25+ years across BMS; They install, upgrade and optimise intelligent control systems for large commercial and high-end residential buildings, and they support those buildings throughout their life. It’s a business that cares how a building performs long after handover, and it invests in its people.
The role
* Own BMS projects from handover to completion, covering design, installation and commissioning
* Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, procurement and programmes
* Produce technical documentation, RAMS and control strategies
* Manage budgets, variations, risks and customer relationships
* Deliver every project safely, on time and within budget
What they’re looking for
* Strong technical knowledge of BMS, ideally across Trend, Tridium and Schneider
* A track record of managing projects from handover through to completion
* Confidence leading engineers and subcontractors, and the people skills to keep customers on side
* A commercial head for budgets, variations and risk
