BMS Project Manager
London
£60,000 - £75,000
We are currently recruiting for a Global leader who operates in the BMS Industry.
The role involves managing, engineering, planning and resourcing multiple design projects.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the project team operates at the highest standards of Health and Safety
* Project business growth and profitability.
* Customer satisfaction. Deliver projects excellence to our end-user base and throughout the contractual chain (M&E's, consultants, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with our quality process and drive continuous improvements.
* Help to Manage resource planning and efficiency to maximise utilisation.
* Ensure efficiency and best practices are embedded in project delivery process and culture. This is key to raise competitiveness and profitability of the business.
Experience
* Desirable experience in BMS projects but HVAC backgrounds will be considered
* Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
Skills
* Proficient and skilled in utilising project management and software tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and Teams.
* Possession of a project management certification (Prince2, MSP, PMP, Lean, or any other recognised accreditation) would be advantageous.
* Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering change management projects.
* Comfortable and experienced in working with various project management frameworks, including waterfall, hybrid, and agile approaches.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders.
* Demonstrates a strong desire and motivation to take initiative and consistently achieve goals.
* Self-motivated and capable of quickly adapting to new environments and tasks.
