Vantage Consulting is recruiting for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join a leading Building Management Systems business delivering a wide range of projects across the North West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BMS Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects from initial design through to completion, working with a highly experienced team on commercial, industrial and critical infrastructure projects.

The Role
As a BMS Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple BMS projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the full lifecycle of BMS projects from design through to final handover
Overseeing project budgets, forecasting, procurement, variations and final accounts
Producing and reviewing technical documentation, including control philosophies, I/O schedules and plant schematics
Planning and coordinating commissioning activities and engineering resource
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
Attending site meetings and ensuring projects remain on programme
Promoting a strong health and safety culture across all projects
Supporting and mentoring engineers where required
About You
We're looking for a BMS Project Manager with:
Previous experience delivering Building Management System projects
Strong knowledge of BMS controls, HVAC systems and building automation
Experience managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance
The ability to interpret technical documentation and oversee engineering delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Trend or Tridium systems
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Full UK Driving Licence
