CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a BMS (Building Management Systems) Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out (SOP) and emergency operating procedures (EOP) as and when required by the Operational Management team. Assist with validation of systems during handover and commissioning, confirming results, Integration to third party systems including lighting, EMS, Generators, Lifts, Fire systems, Ventilation, Chillers, Inverters, Ensuring correct access levels of password are allocated and updated regularly to ensure the systems are secure, Efficient monitoring and targeting of energy consumption, Energy Audit with Intelligent reporting and cost savings, alarm groups and the retransmission of critical business impact alarms, graphic displays, and ensuring that the systems are set up to monitor all critical areas and provide comfortable working conditions for our client to carry out their day to day operations, ensure that operating manuals are up to dated, carrying out PPM's and reactive works to meet SLA, Ensure all systems critical parts are listed and available. Look for improvements to provide total reliability to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

Energy Management, Support for the CBRE Energy Management team on projects, data gathering and analysis. Reporting on building health and engineering solutions to lower carbon emissions across the London portfolio using the BMS.

Subject matter expert on controls-related matters for the Citi London portfolio. Advisor on new and existing technology, 3rd party integration and system support for both hardware and IT-related issues.

Responsible for ensuring the BMS is compliant with Citi's own process control. Liaising with the client IT/Network infrastructure teams to complete system alterations that will impact the building operation. Producing client reports and completing audit requests.

To support the business by creating relevant BMS Business Incident Reports, Technology Incident Reports and Problem Tickets. Updating the problem status, producing root cause analysis and informing stakeholders, and closing out issues in a timely manner to prevent SLA failures.

Responsible for arranging vendor support to assist in the building where necessary. Maintaining excellent relationships with CBRE's customers and managing their involvement with BAU/Reactive/Project matters. Ensuring all vendors provide post-completion reports and walkthroughs any repairs and extra works required.

Inclusion to BMS/Smart Building calls for the ongoing CTP works. Technical lead for overseeing the BMS installation on site. Responsible for documentation review, witness testing and final sign-off.

Control and responsibility of BMS systems and maintenance

Work alongside shift team to meet the client needs.

Workload planning and daily scheduling to ensure all required work is carried out in a timely, controlled and safe manner.

Ensure Client work orders are completed in a timely manner and liaison with the admin department to ensure timely close out on REALM.

Ensure scenario training of site SOP's and EOP's is completed and understood on an annual basis.

Assisting with the preparation of client required extra works quotations

Liaise with site and client management during any emergency operations or procedures

Be part of site out of hours emergency support contact team

Essential Skills:

Surveillance of BMS systems, understand operating parameters and set-points

Ensure close working relationship with Critical Service shift Managers and day teams.

Ensure full disclosure / acceptance of critical service information at shift handover

Provision of Safe operational programme documentation.

Ensure correct escalation process is followed

Ensure high quality delivery of PPM and reactive works to meet SLA

Manage contractors to ensure work is carried out both professionally and safely

Ensure that the work has been carried out to spec and that snags and observations are recorded

Effective monitoring and targeting of energy consumption

Energy Audit Report

Intelligent reporting - Comprehensive reporting

Control of internal comfort conditions

Alarm management and integrated security solutions

Training on system operations and functionality

Early detection of problems

Improved plant reliability and life

System Security, Passwords, Levels, Updates

Education:

A good general education is required.

Recognised technical BMS qualification and/or experience.
