Are you a BMS Service Engineer looking to take the next step in your career with a leading UK specialist in Building Management Systems and smart building solutions? Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of managed service contracts, the company is seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to join their East London-based team. Working on a static site, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimisation of critical building systems, helping clients improve energy performance and operational efficiency.
The Role:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems.
Diagnosing faults and undertaking remedial and corrective works.
Supporting the day-to-day operation of building controls and automation systems.
Working as part of a dedicated managed services team on a prestigious site.
Primarily working with Trend BMS systems, with opportunities to gain exposure to and training on other leading platforms.
Contributing to the ongoing optimisation and performance of building services.
The Candidate:
Previous experience working with BMS systems in a service, maintenance, or commissioning capacity.
Experience with Trend systems is preferred, although engineers with knowledge of other BMS platforms will also be considered.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
