Their diverse range of products and in house engineering expertise across their product range allows us to meet the needs of their clients whatever the size of the project from a single standalone system to complex multi-site integrated buildings incorporating central control of HVAC, lighting, metering and energy displays etc.
Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to carry out call outs, pre-planned, general and routine service visits which will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities.
· Carrying out routine health checks, service visits and breakdowns.
· The production of detailed reports including strategy drawings, test results and modification drawings.
· Keeping the service co-ordinator or director up to date on their movements and location.
· The production or back engineering of software strategy
· The modification of supervisor graphics.
· Advising the customer on potential benefits and savings from adapting the system.
· Quoting for the replacement of faulty parts or items.
· Carrying out energy audits.
· Provide controls & energy solutions and ideas.
