BMS Business Development Manager
Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a UK leading business within the building management systems (BMS) sector who are looking to appoint an experienced business development manager.
The position is for the Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire region and will join one of the UK's leading businesses who deliver some of the best BMS Projects across the UK & Europe.
Salary & Benefits:
£75,000 - £80,000
Car or £6825 car allowance
strong commission paid twice yearly
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and rising with service
7.5% pension and rising to 10% with service

Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced and competent business development professional who is experienced in delivering projects from £75,000 up to £250,000 and above within the BMS sector
You will need to have a strong technical understanding also of the BMS Sector and HVAC knowledge
Experienced tagetting consultants, M&E Contractors and end users in the North regions to secure BMS Projects, upgrades and energy works
Be involved in preparing quotations from site surveys and building management products
Nurture and develop new relationships with end users, consultants and contractors
We are seeking an experienced business development professional who is able to go out and target and win new business.
