Vantage Consulting is recruiting for an experienced BMS Applications Engineer to join a leading Building Management Systems specialist with a strong pipeline of projects across the North East.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a BMS Applications Engineer looking to work on a variety of projects across commercial, healthcare, education and industrial sectors.

Working in a hybrid role, you'll split your time between home, customer sites and project locations across the North East. As a BMS Applications Engineer, you'll be involved in the full project lifecycle, from system design and software development through to commissioning and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Engineering and commissioning Building Management Systems
Developing BMS software and graphics
Delivering small works and project upgrades
Carrying out site surveys and supporting system design
Managing project delivery, programmes and budgets
Coordinating subcontractors and internal engineering teams
Providing technical support and fault finding when required

About You

We're looking for a BMS Applications Engineer with:

Experience engineering and commissioning BMS systems
Strong knowledge of Trend, IQ Vision, Siemens and Tridium/Niagara
Experience developing BMS software and graphics
An Electrical or Electronic Engineering background
A full UK driving licence
ECS, CSCS or JIB accreditation (desirable)Experience with BACnet, Modbus, SIPP, Cylon or other BMS platforms would be advantageous.
