Job: Groundworker (BLUE CSCS) – Plymouth, Devonport – PL1 4SG
Job Type: Full time, contract, long term project
Start date: As soon as possible, subject to vetting process required for security. - At no expense to applicants as DBS is paid for by us.
PACKAGE:
- Basic Rate of £18.34 p/h PAYE DIRECT
- Rate after acheived working 39 hours in the week: £27.51p/h PAYE
- This equates to £47450 Per Annum, for 47.5 hour Monday to Friday weeks.
- Lodge Allowance in line with CIJC - £49.08 per shift + additional weekly lodge payment for fatigue management IF working away.
- Periodic Travel every 4 weeks for travelling workforce
- Long term work - 4years plus
- Weekly Pay
- 30 days holiday annually including bank holidays.
- Pension as per standard employment.
- Training for upskilling paid for.
- PPE supplied.
To be successful for the Excavator Op role you must have the following as a minimum:
Relevant experience as a Groundworker on Heavy Civils projects.
Blue CSCS Card or NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks
