Description:
Currently I am looking for a Block Manager for an immediate start for a large residential scheme in Nottingham, the role is a freelance originally but could turn to permanent should all parties be happy.
The project is worth circa £350m with 3 blocks, all which are phased handover. Right now the project is at RC Frame stage with the envelope starting in two weeks.
Your main responsibilities will be to look after a block of 120 apartments from envelope stage to handover.
You will be managing sub contractors on a daily basis so you must be comfortable doing so.
