Blending Operator – Caerphilly
Starting Rate: £12.71 per hour Increase to £13.11 per hour upon successful completion of training
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established food manufacturing business? We are currently recruiting for a Blending Operator to join a busy production team in Caerphilly.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing operation, working within a modern manufacturing environment producing high-quality products.
Shift Pattern 12-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm)
Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Pay Rates
£12.71 per hour during training
£13.11 per hour once fully trained
£16.39 per hour for night shifts
£19.67 per hour on Saturdays
£26.22 per hour on Sundays
Key Responsibilities
Operating blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients
Following production plans and recipes
Completing quality and safety checks
Recording production data and documentation
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
Adhering to all food safety and health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing, production, blending, mixing or machine operating experience is advantageous
Good attention to detail
Strong understanding of health & safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and committed with a positive attitude
