Biology Manufacturing Technician
North Cardiff | Temporary
Introduction
Acorn Recruitment are working with a life-science company based in North Cardiff seeking Manufacturing / Assembly Technicians to support their ever-growing requirements. Working in a close-knit team, your working environment would be within the biology department in a lab-like room, with high attention to clean working standards due to the nature of the work.
Key Duties
* Manufacture, automated dispensing and packing of catalogue and custom products following documented processes.
* Assembly and packaging of finished goods.
* Work as part of a team to deliver on customer and business requirements.
* Ensure that all records are completed following GDP in a timely manner.
* Maintain good housekeeping in the working area and report any safety concerns.
Requirements
* Previous consistent manufacturing experience is essential, whilst laboratory-based experience is ideal but not necessary.
* Somebody with excellent attention to detail and quality focused.
* Ability to work in an organised, logical manner, following procedures.
* Flexibility to carry out a wide range of tasks and learn new tasks quickly.
