Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a leading producer of biogas to recruit a Site Operator for their renewable energy plant near Brigg in North Lincolnshire.
The Site Operative plays a vital part in ensuring the site is run correctly and high standards of health & safety are maintained. The role comes with a salary of up to £35,000 and excellent benefits package

Responsibilities and duties of the Biogas Site Operator role
Reporting to the Plant Manager you will:
Support with the day to day running of the anaerobic digestion plant
Carrying out basic first line maintenance, such as isolating and changing pumps
Operating mobile plant, such as a telehandler or loading shovel
Take part in the on-call rota
Monitoring the pant via the SCADA
Keeping the site clean and tidy
Maintaining high levels of health & safety
Other duties as required
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Telehandler/Loading Shovel/Tractor Licence or in-house training
Engineering qualification/certificate is desired
Full UK Driving Licence
Personal skills
The Biogas Site Operator role would suit someone who is:
Previous operator experience in a similar processing environment
Mobile plant experience
First line maintenance experience
Agricultural experience is highly desired
Great work ethic
