Bioanalyst (Research Scientists - Non-Regulated Bioanalysis) x2

Location: Slough, UK

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day

Contract Length: 12 months, possibility of extension

Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview: We are currently seeking two experienced Bioanalysts to join our team in Slough, UK, to support non-regulated bioanalysis research projects. The positions are available due to maternity cover and additional resource requirements. The contracts will initially be for 12 months with the possibility of extension. The maternity cover position is set to commence in July, and the additional contractor will start immediately.

Responsibilities:

Conduct non-regulated bioanalysis research projects covering a wide range, including small molecules, in vitro assays, and in vivo assays.
Support the entire clients portfolio, including small and large molecules, peptides, and areas of proteomics.
Provide hands-on experience in proteins and lab automation.
Collaborate closely with the team in Belgium and stakeholders across the organisation.
Interact with chemists, pharmacologists, and other teams to support research initiatives.Experience:

Minimum 3 years of significant experience in small and large molecule bioanalysis.
Proficiency in mass spectrometry for small molecules is essential.
Experience with lab automation and reporting software.
Strong technical skills in MS Office applications.Essential Skills:

Bioanalytical experience in in vitro or in vivo assays.Desirable Skills:

Experience with large molecules and peptides (training can be provided).Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Practical hands-on industry experience is essential for this role.Additional Information:

This role does not require travel.
