Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead BIM delivery across rail design projects from concept through to construction.
Develop and manage BIM execution plans (BEPs), standards, and workflows.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage model federations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650.
Drive digital innovation and continuous improvement across project teams.
Support and mentor engineers, technicians, and BIM coordinators.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a BIM Manager within engineering, infrastructure, or rail environments.
Strong understanding of BIM processes, digital delivery, and information management.
Experience working on rail projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Bentley Systems software (OpenBuildings, MicroStation, ProjectWise, etc.).
Experience with Autodesk Revit would be a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 19650 and common data environments (CDEs).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
