Job Description: They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated BIM Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process across various projects, ensuring the effective and efficient use of BIM technologies to improve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and protocols.
* Coordinate and manage the BIM process across all phases of the project lifecycle.
* Lead and support the project teams in the use of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
* Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, and construction teams.
* Ensure all BIM models are up-to-date and meet project specifications.
* Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings to address and resolve issues.
* Train and mentor staff in BIM practices and software.
* Manage BIM-related project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
