BIM Lead
Location: City of London
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE
Working: 5 days per week in the office
About the Role
A leading M&E building services contractor is looking for an experienced BIM Lead to join their growing team in the City of London.
This is a senior, hands-on BIM position and would be best suited to someone with a strong contractor background rather than consultancy experience.
You will take ownership of BIM delivery and MEP coordination across projects, working closely with design, project and site teams from design development through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead BIM and MEP coordination across multiple projects.
Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical services using Revit and Navisworks.
Oversee clash detection, resolution and model quality.
Lead coordination meetings with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
Manage BIM deliverables through Stage 4a, 4b, 4c and Stage 5.
Work closely with site teams to ensure coordinated information is suitable for installation.
Review design information and identify potential coordination issues.
Ensure BIM standards, processes and project requirements are maintained.
Provide guidance and support to BIM Coordinators and wider project teams.
About You
Strong experience as a BIM Lead / Senior BIM Coordinator within MEP building services.
Extensive contractor-side experience is highly preferred.
Plenty of experience delivering projects through Stage 4a, 4b, 4c and Stage 5.
Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Excellent understanding of MEP coordination and construction delivery.
Experience with London office coordination and working alongside site teams.
Confident leading coordination meetings and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on, proactive and able to take ownership of BIM delivery.£65,000 - £75,000 DOE + benefits
