BIM Coordinator - Contract

Central London

£350.00 per day (outside IR35)

An urgent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a leading engineering consultancy on a long-term contract based in Central London.

Working closely with civil and structural engineering teams, the successful candidate will take ownership of BIM coordination across a range of technically challenging projects. The role will involve managing and reviewing multidisciplinary models, identifying and resolving clashes, maintaining compliance with ISO 19650 standards, and providing practical BIM support throughout the design process.

Applicants should have strong hands-on experience using Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360, or comparable common data environment platforms. A solid understanding of BIM delivery within a civil and structural engineering environment is essential.

This is a full-time, office-based position, with no hybrid working available. The contract is expected to be long term and offers an immediate start for the right individual.
