Billing Customer Service Advisor
Bradford, Thornbury | Hybrid Working Available | £27,417 - £31,942 + Benefits
We're looking for a Billing Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Billing Team. If you have customer service experience and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What you'll be doing:
Handling billing and account enquiries from customers.
Taking payments and updating account details.
Supporting customers with payment plans and available support schemes.
Resolving queries efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Maintaining accurate customer records and meeting performance targets.
What we're looking for:
At least 6 months' customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good IT skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure
GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or equivalent)Previous contact centre experience is desirable but not essential.

Hours
Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:00pm

13 October 2026Successful candidates must be available for a 5-week, full-time induction programme (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm).
