Description
key responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
Resolve billing issues and answer customer inquiries
Compile and process information such as charges, discounts, and expenses
Monitor customer accounts for timely payments
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
Report on activity to upper management
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Collaborate with other team members to meet company financial goalsProfile
The successful candidate requires:
Proficient knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and billing software
Strong mathematical skills
