We are recruiting a Billing & Invoice Specialist for a growing business based in Brentwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with billing, sales ledger or accounts receivable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the billing process from submission through to invoicing.
Ensure all chargeable costs, materials and subcontractor invoices are captured accurately.
Support client billing systems and resolve billing discrepancies.
Analyse cost recovery performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Review applications for accuracy, compliance and correct billing categories.
Liaise with finance, operations, suppliers and clients to ensure timely payments and submissions.About You
Previous experience in Billing, Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable.
Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work to deadlines in a busy environment.
