Billing Administrator:
Salary: £25,000
Maidstone
Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm NO WEEKENDS

We have an opportunity for a Billing Administrator to join an organisation that have multiple sites around the UK. This role will be based out of their Maidstone site. You'll be working within a fast paced role where you organisation skills will be key. The team is relaxed and very supportive, where they regular enjoy team night out together!
Duties:
Data entry with sales orders, invoices and quotations on the internal system
Using Microsoft Excel to create various spreadsheets
Meeting deadlines and creating customer invoices
Liaising with internal departments to support customer queries
Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and email
Ad-hoc administrative duties
