Description:
SF Recruitment are working with a business in Birmingham to recruit a Billing Administrator for a long-term contract opportunity. The is a long term contract opportunity and we're looking for someone available to start immediately.
Working closely with finance, sales and operational teams, you'll help ensure customers are set up correctly and invoiced accurately. This would suit someone who enjoys working with detail, investigating discrepancies and keeping billing processes running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
Setting up customer accounts and maintaining pricing and billing information across systems.
Managing billing cycles, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time.
Responding to customer queries, checking data and resolving discrepancies.
Supporting customer credit checks and helping improve billing processes.
What you'll bring
Experience in billing, sales ledger or finance administration, with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. You'll be comfortable working across systems, communicating with customers and colleagues, and managing deadlines.
