Sphere Solutions are working on a unique opportunity, to recruit a Billable Works Manager to join a large defence contractor, based in North Devon. You will be responsible for overseeing the effective, compliant and timely delivery of under £25k Billable Works
Duties will include:
* Responsible for monitoring and managing the Supply Partners project teams to ensure that qualified and experienced operatives are directed to the correct tasks.
* This will include ensuring that they are correctly outfitted for the tasks, including appropriate vehicles, equipment, and skills, and ensuring that the delivery of works is to a high quality and worked safely. You will have regular contact with local DIO representatives, the Local Customer Service Representative, and Site Managers to discuss and agree the scope and priorities of the Billable Works ongoing in your area.
* To ensure that all documentation relating to billable works is distributed in a timely manner and recorded within the CAFM system
Suitable candidates will possess the following:
* HNC/HND qualification in a Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
* Experience or qualifications in Asbestos Awareness and Legionella Control.
* IOSH Managing Safely.
* It is desirable that you have a SMSTS site management 5 day course qualification.
* You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
