Bill of Materials Specialist - BOM – Item Master Controller – Manufacturing - Cannock
Brooklyn Recruitment currently an exciting role available in the Cannock area for a Bill of Materials Specialist / BOM / Bill of Materials Administrator / Bill of Materials Coordinator / Item Master Controller within the manufacturing sector. This role would suit someone who has previously dealt with Bills of Materials / BOM’S within a manufacturing environment, an electrical manufacturing would be ideal but isn’t essential.
This company have an excellent working environment with the building being light, bright and clean. They have a total workforce of around 200 but this company still has a family friendly feel to it, where everyone is known by name and you even get your birthday off!
As a Bill of Materials Specialist / BOM / Bill of Materials Administrator / Bill of Materials Coordinator / Item Master Controller you will be:
* Creating item defined standards.
* Owning the item master data.
* Adhering to all data input standards created.
* Ensuring BOM accuracy.
* Communicating any changes to the relevant teams.
* Inputting all data into the ERP system.
* Working with LEAN manufacturing initiatives.
* Supporting planning and purchasing teams with BOM data.
* Driving BOM master standards throughout the business.
* Other duties as required.
The working hours for this a Bill of Materials Specialist / BOM / Bill of Materials Administrator / Bill of Materials Coordinator role are excellent:
Mon – Thurs 8am – 5.15pm
Fri 8am – 12pm
