Description:
Rocket Staffing are recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Advisors, in call centre based in Rugby.
Position: Bilingual Customer Service French
Start times: Monday – Friday 08:00am -16:00pm &10:00am – 19:00pm (Rotation)
Salary: £26,000
The right candidate must be Fluent in: French
Duties will include:
·Answering a high volume of calls
·Dealing with customers’ orders onto system
·Providing online support to customer chats in a timely and professional manner
·Responding to high volume emails and customer queries
·Processing customers’ orders taking payments when needed
·Handling customer warranty queries when required
The ideal candidate:
· Must be fluent in French
.Strong customer service
·Experience within a face paced environment
·Excellent computer skills
·Familiar with Microsoft Packages
·Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
·Well presented
·Friendly
·Passionate
·Willing to learn
