As the Bids Manager, you'll be responsible for driving our bid submissions, enhancing our value proposition, and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally. The main duties of the Bids Manager role include:
* Create persuasive proposals, documentation, and presentations for potential and existing customers, collaborating with team members for a comprehensive approach.
* Respond to PQQs, Tenders, and Requests for Information with compelling value propositions.
* Edit, format, and refine a range of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure timely content delivery.
* Maintain and enhance libraries of standard content for consistent proposal development.
* Support Sales and Marketing teams, contributing to their success.
* Provide marketing data and insights to drive occupancy growth through effective CRM utilization.
* Conduct research and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance competitiveness
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
* Proven track record in effective bid and sales literature writing.
* Knowledge of the Healthcare sector and procurement processes.
* Previous experience of Local Authority healthcare tendering processes would be advantageous
* Self-motivated and goal-driven with high standards.
* Passionate about supporting others and building diverse relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Assertive, autonomous, and willing to take responsibility.
