We are working with a well-established construction business based in Kent that is looking to recruit an experienced Bid Writer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in preparing high-quality tender submissions, helping the business secure new projects and continue to grow.

The Role

Writing, coordinating and producing high-quality bid and tender submissions.
Preparing clear, compelling responses to PQQs, ITTs and SQs.
Working closely with commercial, operational and technical teams to gather relevant information for submissions.
Reviewing tender documentation to identify key requirements, deadlines and evaluation criteria.
Ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant and submitted on time.
Developing case studies, project examples and supporting bid documentation.
Managing multiple bids simultaneously and keeping track of deadlines.
Continuously improving bid content and maintaining a library of responses and supporting information.About You

Previous experience in a Bid Writer or Bid Coordinator role, ideally within construction.
Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce professional, persuasive content.
Experience working on construction tenders, PQQs and ITTs.
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Confident liaising with different teams to obtain the information required for submissions.The Opportunity
