The role
Search is working with a well established and high reputable construction company who is recruiting for a experienced Bid Writer on a permanent basis.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates who come from a concrete repairs, construction or civil background
Duties
The primary objective is to pro-actively support the business development element of the business.
You will be expected to work individually and as part of the team, researching and understanding pre-qualification and tender requirements in respect of the submissions being made to ensure that they are accurate, fully compliant and that deadlines are successfully met
* Identifying winning bid themes, strategies and actions.
* Standardising tender bid submissions and adhering to tender process.
* Providing support to the pre-construction team and producing overall tender submissions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with technical teams.
* Liaison with contract management teams to produce content.
* PQQ/ITT reviews.
* Liaise closely with Senior colleagues to meet overall objectives Pre-qualification questionnaire submissions
* Completing the quality content of tender submissions Collaborating with pre-construction and construction teams when working on tenders
* Collating, compliance checking and submitting full tender document
* Ensure content and format of responses maintains brand consistency
* Support/cover other members of the bid team
