Contract Scotland are currently recruiting for an expereinced Bid Writer to join our reputable client in the Glasgow area. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, compelling, and competitive proposals to secure new business opportunities within the construction industry.
The successful candidate should be proactive and able to work to strict deadlines. For this position, experience of a similar role within the construction industry is essential.
Responsibilities include:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to share information and ensure that all requirements relating to tender documents are understood and considered.
Collaborate with the Bid team, to gather information necessary for bid preparation.
Research, analyse, and understand project requirements, specifications, and objectives outlined in tender documents or requests for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s).
Keeping accurate records and saving material to a central bid library for future use
Management of client portals
To carry out any reasonable ad hoc duties as requested.
