Remote Bid Writer – Nuclear – Short term Contract role – Day rates – Immediate start

My client is looking for a contract Bid Writer who can assist in the UK’s prototype fusion energy plant project, circa £300m on a month long contract.

Bid Writers will be able to work remotely but there is a chance that they may need to be in London or Swindon at some point.

Summary of your role:
Assist the team with bid production, written content, design of bids and other business-related proposals.
Liaise between marketing/pre-construction and construction teams.
Working closely with Contracts Managers to define win strategies and win themes for bids.
Assist the team in researching the client and understanding their brand/values and what’s important to them and integrate this into the tender submission.
Collating all relevant information for the tender document from the team members and subsequent reformatting.
Design and creation of bespoke tender submissions and interview/pitch documents.
Set bid deliverables and facilitate win rooms and mid tender meetings.

Any candidates with experience in bid writing for nuclear energy projects are desirable
