Role Overview:
As a Bid Writer, you will be essential in creating persuasive proposals that secure new business. You will collaborate with various departments to collect information, ensure compliance with client requirements, and produce high-quality bids on time. Your exceptional writing skills and attention to detail will be key to delivering successful submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality bid proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather and organise necessary information for bid responses.
Compliance: Ensure all bid documentation meets client specifications and company standards.
Project Management: Manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Review: Conduct thorough reviews of bid requirements, identifying deliverables and ensuring accuracy.
Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive database of bid materials, templates, and case studies.
Strategy: Assist in developing bid strategies and unique value propositions.
Marketing Support: Utilise graphic design skills and social media expertise to enhance marketing materials and support bid presentations.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Bid Writer/Proposal Writer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Previous experience writing technical papers.
Experience in Civil Engineering or anything similar will be beneficial.
Anymarketing experience, including graphic design and social media will be a bonus
