What you will be doing:

As a Bid Writer, you will take a pivotal role in crafting detailed, persuasive tender submissions across a spectrum of sectors including highways and major projects. You will:

Develop bid strategies with the Head of Pre-Construction and other team members.
Lead workshops to shape the narrative of bids, ensuring clarity and impact.
Write and edit bid submissions, enhancing the presentation of our capabilities to secure optimal evaluation scores.
Mentor Subject Matter Experts on best practices in writing and content development.   
Key Accountabilities:

Excellent communication skills, adept at interfacing with various organisational levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating strong prioritisation and time management skills.
Experience in bid management with a proven track record of successful bid writing.
Strong relationship-building skills, capable of negotiating and influencing stakeholders both internally and externally.
