* Maintain and update a library of case studies, CVs, project sheets, policies, and standard responses.

* Support bid strategy development, storyboarding sessions, and win‑theme creation.

* Ensure all submissions reflect the company’s values, capabilities, and commitment to quality, safety, sustainability, and social value.

* Edit, proofread, and format documents to a professional standard, ensuring consistency and compliance.

* Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, and content management systems.

* Assist with presentations, capability statements, and marketing collateral where required.

* Proven experience as a Bid Writer, Proposal Writer, or Work‑Winning professional within construction, civil engineering, or a related built‑environment sector.

* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical information.

* Excellent understanding of public‑sector procurement, frameworks, and quality‑based tendering.

* Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

* Confident engaging with internal stakeholders at all levels.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable working with structured templates.

* Knowledge of social value, sustainability, MMC, and modern construction practices is advantageous.

Personal Attributes

* Highly organised, proactive, and deadline‑driven.

* Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across departments.

* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

* Strong communicator with a professional, confident approach.

* Passionate about producing high‑quality, winning submissions.

* Competitive salary and benefits package.

* Opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of long‑term work.
