The Role:
Working alongside and reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, the Bid Writer provides pivotal leadership and support in managing and overseeing the entire bid process. This role involves coordinating with various teams and managing the production of comprehensive bid documents that effectively communicate the firm's value propositions and unique selling points.

Understand bid requirements and deliverables comprehensively.
Conduct and facilitate review sessions to identify unique selling propositions and added value.
Coordinate contributions from various departments such as Marketing and Business Development for bid production.
Responsible for writing, editing and finalising bid content and presentations.
Manage and update tender documentation on the corporate portal.
Ensure timely submission of bids and tender documents both online and in hard copy where necessary.  
Experience and Skills Required:

A good working knowledge of design packages such as Revit, Trimble ProDesign, Relux, Dialux and AutoCAD, Elec OM is advantageous but not essential.
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Exceptional communication, organisational, and project management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive databases and knowledge banks. What's on Offer:
