Daniel Owen are on the lookout for an experianced Bid Writer to work for one of the market leaders in facilities management. They are looking for a Bid Writer with a strong background in construction, security or engineering.
The Company:
The company is on of the largest of it's kind employing over 27,000 people with an annual turnover of £400,0000. They cover three main sectors which include facilities management, transport, and security. They have offices based in the UK and Ireland and are currently looking to expand their busy bid team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and develop high-quality bid responses to win pursuits
Talk and listen to clients to find out their needs and values
Coordinate with pursuit owners and account leaders to deliver responses within the submission deadline
Design, write, and edit bid documents
Work with the bid manager to develop the bid structure
Submit bids and support the process through to completion, keeping to strict deadlines
Key Skills:
Proven track record of producing successful complex tender responses
Proven track record in authoring and/or copy-writing quality sections of bids
High attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge of FM, construction or engineering
