My client is seeking a dynamic motivated Bid Writer to join their team, taking charge of managing the production of all company submissions, from tender quality proposals to expression of interest documents, where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying potential business ventures, collaborating with clients, and planning teams, and crafting compelling bid documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively seek out potential business opportunities, working closely with clients and planning teams to understand their needs and objectives.
Pre-Qualification: Gather evidence and collect data to complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), ensuring compliance with all requirements and regulations.
Data Collection: Collect and analyse data for bids, including financial records and other relevant information, to support the development of winning proposals.
Compliance Management: Ensure bid compliance by thoroughly checking and understanding the rules and regulations governing each bid.
Technical Presentation: Present technical information in clear and concise ways, making complex concepts easy to understand for both internal and external stakeholders.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and save materials to a 'bid library' for future reference, ensuring efficiency and consistency in bid writing processes.
Document Design and Submission: Design, write, edit, and submit bid documents, ensuring they are polished, professional, and aligned with company standards.Requirements:

Experience in bid writing, with background in social housing.
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in presenting technical information in accessible formats.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
