We are recruiting for a Bid Writer to join the Bids and Tenders team at our Head Office in Fivemiletown. You will be working on the completion of bid responses in a small experienced team in a fast-paced environment, with an impressive tender win rate.



Responsibilities

* Provide translations of tender documents and circulate to all relevant parties.

* Complete a detailed analysis of the scoring for a tender and provide to all involved in the tender.

* Prepare and circulate a tender tracker and keep the tracker updated.

* Complete all responses allocated to you including both general and specific responses, ensuring that the response provided will receive the top or winning score.

* Review, edit and update of any responses not allocated to you and preparation of all responses for final submission including editing and formatting.

* Manage the download and circulation of tender clarification questions to the relevant parties, and the upload of clarification questions which we wish to ask.

* Complete the submission process for each tender, ensuring that the tender submission deadline is achieved in all cases.

* Develop, maintain and improve a bank of tender responses that can be reused in future tenders.

* Work with other directors, department managers, and colleagues to ensure that gaps in processes or systems or other elements of the business which are identified in the tender response process are rectified / improved and an improved tender response will be developed as a result.

Requirements

Essential

* Demonstrates experience in a similar role- for example bid writing, tender response, pre- qualification questionnaires, invitation to tender, or certification

* Ability to use Microsoft Suite- PowerPoint, Word

* Able to use excel, to include formulas, pivot sheets/ v Look ups.

Desirable

* Understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain process

* Understanding of garment construction

* Previous experience in Manufacturing, supply Chain, or assembly
