Your Role: As a Bid Manager, you'll spearhead the entire bid process within our working winning team. From initial research to tender submission and beyond, you'll manage the process with finesse and expertise. Our bid team consistently achieves top quality scores, and we're seeking someone with a proven track record of excellence to uphold this standard.

Qualities : We're searching for a Bid Manager who:

* Appreciates best practice bidding aligned with industry standards.

* Possesses experience in competitive tendering within the public sector,

* Understand social housing bids.

* Understands what makes a bid compelling and can manage the entire process with internal and external stakeholders.

* Demonstrates negotiation, influencing, and time management skills.

* Is accustomed to thriving under pressure with tight deadlines.

* Holds at least A Level education and has experience with relevant software.

* Holds or is working towards relevant certification.

Responsibilities : As a Bid Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Implementing our proven bid and governance procedures.

* Maintaining our quality standards and achieving our internal bid Service Level Agreement.

* Managing all aspects of bid submissions, including stakeholder coordination and risk management.

* Driving bid capture and planning phases, ensuring clear and compelling win themes.

* Planning, drafting, and coordinating question responses and presentations.

* Continually improving bid content and processes through research and innovation.

* Ensuring bid submissions meet our quality benchmarks and contributing to our bid library management.
