Bid & Marketing Coordinator | £35,000–£38,000 | Central London | Hybrid Working
A leading architecture and design practice is seeking an experienced Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and creative professional with strong bid writing and marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating multiple bid submissions including PQQs, EOIs, ITTs and RFPs
* Producing high-quality bid and marketing materials
* Maintaining bid content libraries, project sheets and CVs
* Supporting social media, award submissions and website content
* Ensuring all documents are brand compliant and delivered to deadline
* Monitoring new business opportunities and tender portals
About You:
* Previous bid coordination experience within architecture, construction or design
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
* Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
* A proactive team player with a keen interest in the creative sector
